Titicaca, the highest navigable lake in the world. During the journey, you will visit the famous Uros Floating Islands,
Taquile Island, and enjoy an authentic experience with local families.
Uros & Taquile Full-Day Tour
7:00 a.m. – Hotel Pick-up and Transfer to the Port of Puno : We begin the tour with a transfer to the port, where we will board the boat and start our navigation across Lake Titicaca.
Visit to the Uros Floating Islands : After approximately 30 minutes of navigation, we will arrive at the islands
built with totora reeds. You will learn about the history, traditions, and lifestyle of the Uros community while
observing their homes, handicrafts, and beautiful lake landscapes.
Optionally, you can enjoy a traditional totora reed boat ride.
Navigation to Taquile Island : We continue our journey to Taquile Island, enjoying spectacular views of the lake
and the surrounding Andean landscapes.
Cultural Experience in Taquile : We will take a walk across the island to discover its traditions, famous textiles,
